Simple Steps to Create a Password Reset Disk: Once you have put password on your user account, logout and then login again using your password.
Click Control Panel Click User Accounts and Family Safety Click User Account Insert a formatted flash drive Click Password reset disk in the left pane. When the Forgotten Password Wizard appears, click Next. Select your USB flash drive and then click Next. When the option for Current User Account Password comes up, you can skip and click Next. When the Progress bar reaches 100%, click Next and then click Finish. When the required disk has been created, remove the disk and store it in a safe place.
